Financing
We offer a range of finance options to customers, designed to aid the transition to a new system, should customers wish to reduce up front costs of their new software package.
All vision software is built on a modular architecture allowing you to buy what you require for your business and charges are determined on a per server, per user licensing scheme. Customers may also be looking to purchase a combination of products, but introduce them individually over a period of time where finance options or cost splitting my be advantageous.
Up Front Payment
The traditional way of purchasing software, and one opted for by many smaller customers of Vision Commerce and ePOS, with lower/simpler licensing requirements.
Payment is made in complete, but sometimes split between two key dates - deposit on initial sale agreement, and then the remainder once the the final software has been delivered and you have signed it off.
Monthly Finance
The cost can be spread over a period of time and paid for from revenue. Payment patterns can be tailored to suit individual needs, generally involving a deposit, followed by a series of monthly or quarterly installments.
Leasing
Software can be leased from us, where we retain ownership of the software package but you pay a monthly or quarterly fee to use the software. This attracts only minimal up front costs and is often selected by customers who wish to lease a hosted server solution from us.
Leasing frees up cash, as this type of payment rarely requires a large down payment. Typically we will require only three months advance rental. By contrast, loans to finance the purchase of software typically require down payments of up to 25 percent or more.
This option also allows you to purchase a more comprehensive system, which would traditional be ruled out due to costs, had you opted for a up front payment.
