Missing Emails?
Posted: 04 01 11 by David StumpA few days ago the BBC reported that there were complaints from people using Hotmail from Microsoft about missing emails.
Users said e-mails were missing from their inbox and other folders within their Hotmail accounts.
A spokeswoman for Microsoft said that the issue of missing e-mails was not a widespread problem and that it would be rectified shortly.
The Problem
The thing that many people don't realise is that the FREE email accounts from suppliers such as Hotmail, Yahoo & Google are normally supplied without support of any kind.
If there is a problem and content is lost or accidently deleted the likelyhood is that it will be lost forever.
The Solution?
This is technology remember so there are many ways of protecting yourself... we recomend that if you are using a free email service that you make sure you know where you stand with respect to your data and if are in anyway concerned then simply contact us.
