Never Lose Another Email

Do you use email? Do you use something like Outlook to send and receive your email? If you do then you are like hundreds of thousands (probably millions) of users around the world.

What is the biggest problem with email other than spam? We think (and many clients agree) that it is security.

The Problem

Time after time after time we are asked if there is anything we can do to recover lost emails… and in the majority of cases we can’t.

As many people use email for all communications losing historic emails can be a real problem.

The Solution

There are many solutions to this; some easy and very cheap and some complicated and costly…

We use a relatively cost effective solution that is extremely easy to use; we use MailStore.

MailStore Server backs up all email files associated with an email account – all sent, received and deleted emails will be there.

Within seconds we can search for an email and recover it (even if deleted).

We have Outlook, Webmail, iPhones, Blackberry’s, Windows Mobiles and Android devices all connected to our Exchange Server and yet everything is secure and backed up.

Why Bother?

As we said above the problem with something like Outlook is corrupted PST files or files that get too big. It’s happed to me in the past; a file has got too big and corrupted – I lose all my history and that is worth a great deal to me.

Additionally there are companies out there that are required to ensure a copy of each and every email is stored.
